D-115 project

The Citizens' Hotline
The aim of the D-115 project is to make access to information about public administration services easier. Whether it`s an appointment with the registry office, questions about forms, garbage collection or child credit - information is provided under the number 115, irrespective of which of the three administration levels is affected.
Düsseldorf belongs to the NRW model region for the implementation of the D-115 project and has offered the service since 24 March 2009 as a pilot city.
