You can use all offers with a library card of the Stadtbücherei Dusseldorf. There is no condition to visit the branch libraries. You need a valid identity card or passport and a registration certificate, children under the age of 16 need to submit their parents consent on a registration card together with the identity card of the parent or guardian. Come in personally to the Central Library or to one of our branch libraries during the opening times. Minors need a declaration of commitment for the issuance of a library card. You can get the declaration form in all libraries or you just call the form linked from the Internet, complete and print it. Important to know: the declaration form should be signed by a parent or guardian. You can take the library card immediately with you. The annual user fee for the library card is 20,00 EUR for adults.
