Explanations on the all-day school survey

Open all-day school model

In the open all-day school, lessons take place in the morning for all pupils.
Only pupils who are registered for subsequent activities such as lunch and other extra-curricular activities, e.g. homework supervision or various leisure and club programmes will spend time at school in the afternoon. Parents commit themselves for one school year by registering their child for the afternoon programme.

Model of the fully binding all-day school

In a tied all-day school, all pupils attend compulsory lessons and all-day programmes. At these all-day schools, lessons, lunch, extracurricular activities, leisure activities and breaks take place throughout the day.
