Purpose of the survey
The data obtained through the survey will be used exclusively for statistical purposes within the meaning of Section 17 of the North Rhine-Westphalia Data Protection Act (DSG NRW).
The aim of the survey is to record the experiences and requirements of users of the website of the state capital of Düsseldorf in order to derive optimisation approaches based on this information.
Participation
Participation in the survey is voluntary. By participating in the survey, you consent to the processing of the data you provide in accordance with Article 7 of the GDPR.
Procedure
The survey is conducted online.
The system automatically records whether the survey was accessed at duesseldorf.de or in the service portal (service.duesseldorf.de).
The editorial team (email: redaktion@duesseldorf.de) is available to answer any questions respondents may have about the content.
The statistical confidentiality of your information is fully guaranteed in accordance with the provisions of the North Rhine-Westphalia Data Protection Act. The survey is conducted exclusively in the isolated statistics office of the state capital Düsseldorf by persons who are bound to secrecy and data protection. The survey results are evaluated by the Düsseldorf Digital Agency (DDA) and freelancers commissioned by it.
After the DDA has completed its evaluation of the survey, the personal data collected will be deleted.
Right to information and objection
In accordance with Articles 15 and 18 of the GDPR, you have the right to obtain information about the data collected and stored in the context of this survey and to object to its processing. However, in accordance with Section 17 (5) of the DSG NRW, this does not apply to data collected for statistical purposes, as this data can no longer be attributed to you personally, making it effectively impossible to delete your data.
